I was very very happy when you posted the thank you note on Snark, but I wasn’t quite certain whether or not we were allowed to reveal ourselves, which is why I didn’t say anything.
I have no idea what the diplomatic issues was… mostly because I don’t follow politics, and secondly because it seems there’s always some sort of misdeed attached to us. -_-;
From your blog entries, I figured you’d be a very fashion oriented person, and thought you might like that necklace. I vaguely entertained the thought of giving you a scarf, but since I have no idea what kind of climate Singapore has…
So glad you liked it.
P.S. You flatter me too much with the cool thing, even though I couldn’t help but grin throughout the entire video.

I didn’t know if we could reveal ourselves either, lol, being a total n00b at the whole SS thing..
Well basically a Romanian diplomat killed 3 Singaporeans(i think) in some kinda drunken hit and run accident but has come up with some elaborate story that places him away from the scene and absolves him of guilt and blame I guess.. Lol. “there’s always some sort of misdeed attached to us” <– couldn’t help but laugh at that. sorry. heh
Omg i didn’t know you could tell from my blog entries that I’m, shall we say, attentive to fashion.. I will endeavour to sound more like a blogger/geek then. haha. Singapore’s climate is uberHOT all the time so yea.. Sometimes we wear scarves though but mainly for cold indoor places..

I don’t think being fashion-oriented is a bad thing. I like pretty things just as much as I like geeky things, only I don’t know how to blog about these in an interesting way.
Oh, yeah, the writing on the envelope was my father’s, I wanted to be sure it can be read. My handwriting is terribly sloppy, but thanks for calling it artistic. Hehe.
